Amanda Waschevski, Ipswich Portraitist

Amanda Waschevski is an Australian Portraitist. She is  fascinated by the human condition and how we connect with each other, our social circles and our larger community. Amanda loves to dive deep into explorations of authentic expression – the stories behind the mask – and bringing to light what might otherwise remain unseen. Passionate about promoting the business of her industry, she is also the current president of the Professional Photographers’ Association of Queensland. Amanda is currently working on a body of work called Finding Lilith. Through associated exhibitions, installations and campaigns, she hopes this work will connect women with their own inner worlds.
