Maybe even a month.
But…
I’ve moved and it’s taken a bit. I feel like I could be here for a while too, at least I’m hoping to be here for a while. It’s the start, stop, start, stop that’s really been doing my head in. I’m at the stage in my life where I just want to build and grow. Tricky when you’re a renter! Somehow though, I always seem to land on my feet.
My new home has some beautiful benefits that I’ve fallen head over heels for and it’s actually taken me by surprise.
These windows and the light that they produce – holy wow!
The wrens in the gardens, just outside my office windows! What a delight it is to hear them.
I think that this is my space to appreciate the little things and to reconstruct my life around who and what I really want to be connected to. It’s nice to take some time to lean back in here. It’s quiet and cosy – and I have no idea what I’m doing. (Love that!) Here’s to more of it.
